Márcio Júnior Nunes presented his Master Thesis entitled “Estudo de Desempenho do Cluster Tool – Abordagem Baseada na Teoria de Controle Supervisório” (Cluster Tool Performance Study – Approach Based on Supervisory Control Theory). Prof. Patrícia Pena was his supervisor during his master degree and the commitee was composed by Prof. Carlos Andrey Maia and Prof. Vinicius Mariano Gonçalves. Congratulations!
